Central Bike Audit

Central Apartments is completing a bike audit. A letter with 2 audit tags has been issued to all mail boxes. Please see building management if you require any assistance with the information below.

1.     If you require more than 2 audit tags, please email bm@centralsy.com.au with the subject line: Bike Audit

2.     By 31 August 2025, all residents must apply the audit tags to their bicycles.

3.     On 1 September 2025, all non-tagged bicycles will be removed from the bicycle racks and stored in a locked facility onsite for a further 4 weeks, until 28 September 2025.

4.     On 29 September 2025, a notice will be issued to all lots to advise that:

a.     all untagged bikes have been removed; and

b.     if your untagged bike has been removed, please contact the building manager to claim it.

5.     On 27 October 2025, all bikes left unclaimed will be donated to NFPO - Bikes for Humanity.
