Resident Services

Central provides a number of services to residents to assist in a number of areas. Please take a look at the available services below:

Mailroom & Deliveries

Central South Yarra offers a mailroom service receives and securely stores small to medium deliveries until you can collect them.

Depending on the delivery service the packages may be delivered to the manager's office or left the in the foyer and collected periodically throughout the day.

​

Collection of packages is available from 4:30PM to 11:30PM 7 days a week including Public Holidays.  For security reasons please ensure you have ID or proof of purchase when collecting the delivery.

​

Urgent collections can be arranged by contacting the Building Manager on 0477 800 770.

​

Please note: Large deliveries such as furniture or large appliances cannot be stored and cannot accepted on behalf of the resident.

Security

To address any security concerns Central South Yarra has engaged the services of Secure Fox.  Secure Fox is available 24hr x 7 days including Public Holidays.

Secure Fox can assist with the following:

Noise

When reporting a noise issue please provide as much detail as possible. If you are able to safely record a video of the noise that can assist in resolving the issue.

​

Note: Unsubstantiated call outs will be on charged to the apartment requesting the call out.

​

Unruly or inappropriate behavior

Please provide as much information as possible when making the call out including the apartment causing the issue if known.

​

Lock outs

When requesting assistance with a lock out, proof of ID and residency will be required before access can be provided.

​

Note: Call out fees will apply.  If a locksmith is required a separate call out for a locksmith will need to be arranged.

Dry Cleaning

Central South Yarra offers a dry cleaning service using iBag.  iBag provides a pick up and drop off service for all manner of dry cleaning.

​

To use the service you can register on the iBag website here, or you can download the iBag app for your phone.

The drop off and pick up of items is done via the Night Manager between 4:30PM and 110:30PM 7 days.  For urgent items you can contact the building manager on 0477 800 770

Note: All customer service enquiries should be directed to iBag.
