Parking
Central South Yarra does not have dedicated visitor parking available. Please refer to the options on this page for parking.

Ensure you have permission before parking on common property or another apartment's car space. Parking on common property or another person's private property will result in your vehicle being towed at your expense.

Loading Bay
The loading bay is reserved for contractors and people moving during the day. If you would like to use book the Loading Bay for another reason outside regular hours, please contact the building manager.

IMPORTANT: Failure to remove your vehicle by the agreed time will result in the vehicle being towed at the owner's expense.

Note: If the loading bay is required for an emergency you may be asked to remove your vehicle immediately.

Street Parking
Limited street parking is available in the area. Please refer to the map on the left for locations and be sure to check parking signs before leaving your vehicle.

If you would like to ask others in the building to use their spot temporarily you can join the Facebook group and make a post asking if someone has a free spot available.
